A brief description of me, my work, and what I believe in.

Hi, I’m Sushant Pandey—a builder, thinker, and explorer. Currently, I’m working on Prava, a payments API enabling AI agents to make autonomous transactions. It’s where intelligence meets seamless financial operations.

I’ve always been fascinated by the movement of money and its profound impact on society. With a degree in Economics from Banaras Hindu University, I’ve explored how economies function, how incentives shape behavior, and how technology can transform financial systems. This curiosity has driven me to contribute to:

  • the mechanism and market design of a s caling a Web3 product on Linea to 1M+ NFT mints and millions in revenue.
  • Designing innovative marketplaces and incentive systems using game-theory, and oh!-financial models
  • hacking and building products like Streax, offline p2p payments, 10dollarjob
  • Back in 2020, in first sem of college I gave an exam for fun. as a result of which-I was in Top 20 in TES 43 which is Indian army's technical officer's selection with acceptance rate lesser than 0.01%. Decided to not join because I wanted to build something impactful with tech for the globe. I've lost, failed and rediscovered myself for 4 years now. as an artist, you never stop trying. So I'm still creating and crafting the future i've dreamt of, I'm closer to it this time.

Beyond work, I’m a storyteller at heart—debating, painting, and crafting ideas that inspire. This site is my space to share my journey and projects as I explore at he intersections of tech, art, and economics. Let’s redefine what’s possible together-dm if you have something really cool to discuss.

    Thoughts

The way I see the world has been shaped by the intersections of my experiences. Here are a few guiding ideas that have emerged along the way:

    • Adaptation over rigidity: Change is the only constant. Resisting it stalls growth, while embracing it unlocks progress.
    • Simplicity works best: The most effective solutions are often the simplest, cutting through noise to what truly matters.
    • Interconnection is real: No action exists in isolation. Each choice ripples outward, shaping the world in seen and unseen ways.
    • Focus is freedom: True clarity and impact come from prioritizing what matters and tuning out distractions.
    • The middle path balances extremes: The middle path—avoiding extremes—leads to steadiness in life, work, and relationships.
    • Curiosity unlocks growth: Asking "why" and "how" consistently opens doors to understanding and innovation.
    • Creativity is everywhere: It underpins every meaningful endeavor, helping transform challenges into opportunities.
    • These beliefs aren’t abstract; they’re grounded in the lessons I’ve learned through building, failing, exploring, and growing. They guide my decisions and keep me grounded as I work toward meaningful change.
